Generic Floor Assistance






General Floor Assistance is a non-individualized, roaming support provided by our fitness instructors.
Focus: Safety, equipment orientation, and gym etiquette. The staff ensures members are using machines correctly to prevent injury and maintains the cleanliness & order of the facility.
Method: Unlike a scheduled session, this is "on-demand" and "non-exclusive." A staff member might help a user adjust a seat height, provide a quick "spot" during a lift, or explain how a specific treadmill console works.
Personal Training
Personal Training is an individualized service where our certified professional (Personal Trainer) works one-on-one with a client to design and oversee a comprehensive fitness program.
Focus: Holistic health, including strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and often nutritional guidance.
Method: Tailored workouts based on a client’s specific fitness level and long-term goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain).
Target Training
Target Training is an exercise program focused on a specific, singular objective or a localized physiological outcome.
Focus: A specific goal such as Target Heart Rate zones (cardio efficiency), Target Muscle Groups (rehabilitative or aesthetic), or Target Outcomes (e.g., sports-specific prep or post-injury mobility).
Method: Concentrated protocols—such as isolation exercises for a weak limb or high-intensity intervals to hit a specific metabolic "target."
